Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Our client, one of the world's largest investment companies, is actively looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their Talent Management team in Charlotte, NC! This role is onsite hybrid 3 days a week so local candidates are required.

• This is a 6 month contract with the opportunity for extension*

Responsibilities

• Consult with Talent Management, HR Tech, Global Security, BAN, and others to ensure a smooth and streamlined process for assigned workstream while fostering a partnership with Recruiting Team and other team members
• Manage the coordination and facilitation of all recruiting and onboarding activities (processing I9s, new hire paperwork, etc.)
• Master recruiting, hiring events, & onboarding coordinator responsibilities
• Manage complex recruiting transactions and logistics through planning and consultation
• Identify opportunities to improve process and partners closely with HR partners
• Mentor and coach other crew members
• Participate in special projects or performs other duties as assigned

Required Skills & Experience

• Undergraduate degree required or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Coordinator, or HR Coordinator role
• Experience processing I9s and administering background checks and new hire paperwork
• HR professional certifications strongly preferred
• Demonstrated organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Attentive to details and deadlines; ability to manage multiple initiatives under pressure while using strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
