Financial Content Writer

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Financial Content Writer to join a growing marketing and branding team. This role is ideal for an early-career professional with exceptional writing skills and a passion for creating compelling content across multiple formats.

The successful candidate will be responsible for producing thought leadership articles, investment-related content, newsletters, wealth management whitepapers, public relations materials, and brand-focused marketing content.

This position offers an opportunity to work closely with marketing, leadership, and subject matter experts to translate complex financial concepts into engaging, informative, and audience-friendly content. The ideal candidate is a strong researcher, storyteller, and editor who can manage multiple projects while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Write and edit articles, thought leadership pieces, and investment-related content for publication platforms.
• Develop weekly newsletters, market updates, and client-facing communications.
• Create wealth management whitepapers, research summaries, and educational materials.
• Support public relations initiatives through press releases, media content, and corporate communications.
• Collaborate with marketing and business stakeholders to develop brand messaging and content strategies.
• Conduct research to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and alignment with industry trends.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across all written communications.
• Proofread and edit content to ensure quality, clarity, and compliance standards.
• Assist with content planning, campaign support, and other marketing initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Finance, or a related field.1-3 years of professional content writing, copywriting, journalism, communications, or marketing experience.
• Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and research skills.
• Experience creating long-form and short-form content across multiple channels.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and content management tools.
• Experience working within financial services, wealth management, banking, investment management, or fintech environments is preferred but not required.
