Strategic Financial Analyst (JOB ID 2184)

OneSparQ is looking for a Strategic Financial Analyst for a growing value-based healthcare company! The company is based in Nashville, TN, but this position is remote.

Responsibilities

• Support executive budgeting and forecasting initiatives.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models for existing and prospective risk contracts, incorporating assumptions around Attribution, Per Member Per Month (PMPM) revenue, medical expense trends, and quality initiatives.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models utilizing advanced Excel functions and financial modeling techniques.
• Support executive decision-making through scenario modeling, risk analysis, and ROI assessments.
• Partner with Actuarial teams to interpret claims data, identify cost drivers, and monitor Medical Loss Ratio (MLR) trends.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of finance experience within the value-based healthcare industry
• Experience developing financial models in Excel
• Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Charts, and INDEX/MATCH
• Experience performing ROI analysis
• Strong presentation development skills
• Experience using Workday Financials
• Bachelor's degree

Additional Skills

• Experience with analytics tools such as SQL, Tableau, or similar reporting platforms
• Experience working in a startup or other fast-paced environment where building and improving processes was required

Pay: $94,300.00 - $109,500.00 per year
