Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business development through proactive prospecting and high-volume cold calling
• Schedule and conduct in-person meetings with key decision-makers to promote our technical staffing and executive search solutions
• Build and manage long-term client relationships using a generous expense account for lunches, off-site meetings, and networking events
• Prepare client proposals and supporting documentation
• Screen and interview candidates to assess strengths, weaknesses, and overall fit
• Maintain strong industry relationships to stay informed and generate referrals
• Partner with leadership to develop account strategies and maximize client satisfaction
• Consistently achieve sales performance goals
• Negotiate compensation packages, benefits, and employment terms with candidates
• Oversee pre-employment processes including references and background/drug screenings
• Manage contract employees throughout their assignments

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Proven success in Outside Sales or Account Management within an IT staffing agency
• Demonstrated ability to generate revenue through cold calling and new business development
• Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment is required
• Strong relationship-building skills, including comfort with lunch meetings and on-site client visits
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly competitive, results-driven, and process-oriented
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members

We offer a competitive base salary, uncapped performance-based commissions, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical/dental/vision coverage, 401(k), and paid vacation. Realistic earnings exceed $100K+ within your first two years.
