NSC Staffing is hiring a high-drive, high-output Recruiter for our Nashville (Donelson Hills – 8 minutes from the airport) office.

This is not the role for someone who needs constant direction, wants a slow office environment, or is looking for an easy 8-to-5 job. We are looking for someone who is competitive, resourceful, thick-skinned, and hungry to win.

We want a recruiter who knows how to hunt — someone who can get on the phone, build relationships, create urgency, and find talent in a competitive market. If you are the type of person who waits around for applicants to fall into your lap, this is not the job for you.

For our Nashville office in particular, we need someone who is highly self-sufficient, dependable, and disciplined enough to come into the office every day, stay productive, and perform at a high level without needing close supervision.

What We’re Looking For

• Recruiting or staffing experience preferred
• Strong phone presence and confidence making cold and warm calls
• Ability to build relationships quickly with candidates and clients
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities at once
• Strong sense of urgency and follow-through
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office
• Experience with ATS (we use Bullhorn) preferred not required
• Ability to work independently and stay productive without being micromanaged
• Willingness to work extra hours when the workload demands it
• Willingness to travel occasionally, if needed
• Competitive mindset and strong desire to succeed

What You’ll Be Doing

• Recruiting, screening, and hiring skilled trades professionals for commercial and industrial construction projects
• Working closely with office leadership and sales staff to fill open job orders
• Interviewing candidates and evaluating fit
• Conducting reference checks
• Coordinating background checks and drug screens
• Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
• Using databases, search tools, job boards, and networking strategies to find talent

What We Offer

• Base salary of $50,000
• Performance-based commission
• Total earning potential of $80,000–$85,000+
