Home-Market Focus · Activation Advances + Training Bonus + 50% Monthly Residual Share
Build a first-year income that can exceed six figures—and a residual portfolio that can continue paying you month after month.
You Are Not Walking Into the Market With a Rate Sheet
Once certified, a Dough Advisor can walk into a business with a physical Video Book most salespeople have never carried, multiple pricing models and processing relationships, written merchant protections, qualifying hardware and software, and an AI-powered field-sales operating system.
Compensation can begin before certification. Each qualifying activation can earn the regular advance and begin a 50% eligible net residual stream. If eligible, each of your first four can also earn a separate $250 Training Participation Bonus installment, subject to the Sales Agent Agreement.
Certified Dough Advisors can earn a field kit containing five physical Dough Video Books with built-in screens, supported by:
This is a demanding, face-to-face outside B2B sales opportunity—not remote order taking, passive account management, or a shortcut to easy income.
You still have to learn the system, enter businesses, collect statements, follow up, present recommendations, handle rejection, and close.
Dough does not eliminate the work. It gives you better tools, a broader offer, and a stronger reason for the owner to listen.

The Video Book Field System
Certified Advisors can earn five hardcover Dough Video Books with built-in 10.1-inch screens—a field system most representatives have never carried.
You make a brief introduction, place the book, and return after the owner has had time to watch the presentation.
The owner opens the book, presses play, and experiences the full Dough presentation after you leave. They can replay it later or share it with a spouse, business partner, or manager.
It does not eliminate prospecting.
It makes the first contact more memorable and the next conversation more natural.
A Merchant Offer Worth Listening To
You are not limited to shaving a few basis points from an existing processing statement.
Dough can offer programs designed to reduce or offset eligible processing costs, including compliant surcharge and cash-versus-card pricing structures where permitted and appropriate.
For many businesses, that means showing the owner a materially different economic model for one of their largest recurring expenses.
The exact program depends on the merchant, transaction mix, operating environment, applicable laws, card-brand requirements, and available product terms.
That is why the conversation begins with a diagnosis—not a predetermined pitch.
The Merchant Chooses the Pricing Model
The goal is not to force every business into one preferred program.
The goal is to understand the merchant’s customers, transaction mix, equipment, operating needs, and priorities—and then recommend the structure that fits.
Multiple Processing and Technology Relationships
That gives you more than one product, processor, pricing structure, and technology path to present.
It also gives you a credibility position that single-platform representatives often cannot offer:
“Let’s run the numbers, evaluate the operation, and let the facts determine the right recommendation.”
When the analysis supports a Dough solution, you can show the owner why.
When it does not, you can say so honestly.
That credibility has value on the next opportunity and throughout your local market.
Two Written Merchant Protections
These written protections directly address one of the largest obstacles in the sale:
“What happens if I switch and regret it?”
Qualifications, limitations, and exclusions are governed by the written certificates and merchant agreement.
Qualifying Free Hardware and Included Software
Availability depends on the qualifying program, processing volume, underwriting, equipment requirements, and current terms.
The point is not merely that equipment may be free.
It is that you are equipped to solve the merchant’s operating problem rather than simply sell another terminal.
Because a residual only matters while the account stays, Dough supports businesses beyond the signed application with:
Your long-term income depends on the quality and durability of what you activate—not simply the number of applications you submit.
How You Get PaidRegular Activation Advance: Up to $1,000 on Every Qualifying Activation
Earn an activation advance of up to $1,000 on every qualifying account you originate, based on the economics of the account.
An account near Dough’s illustrative target profile can generate approximately $800–$1,000 upfront. Larger qualifying accounts reach the $1,000 cap.
This regular activation advance is not limited to your first few deals.
The current program does not impose a cap on the number of qualifying accounts you may originate.
A Separate $1,000 Training Participation Bonus
Advisors who actively participate in required Dough training and coaching can earn a separate, one-time $1,000 Training Participation Bonus. It is paid in four $250 installments as your first four qualifying accounts activate.
Each installment is paid in addition to the regular activation advance and the residual stream created by that account. Training participation establishes eligibility; attendance alone does not earn the bonus.
After the first four, the bonus is complete. You continue earning regular activation advances of up to $1,000 on every additional qualifying activation, plus eligible monthly residuals.
Monthly Residuals on Everything You Build
Receive 50% of the eligible monthly net residual revenue on every qualifying account you originate while it remains active and processing and you remain entitled under the Sales Agent Agreement.
What each account contributes depends on its processing volume, pricing, product structure, account status, and retention.
What That Can Add Up To
At Dough’s production standard—20 qualifying accounts in your first 90 days—illustrative regular activation advances total approximately $16,700 before residual income.
The separate Training Participation Bonus adds $1,000 when all four $250 installments are earned, bringing illustrative combined upfront compensation to approximately $17,700.
A full-time producer who sustains comparable production throughout the year can exceed $60,000 in regular activation advances alone while building residual income. At Dough’s illustrated pace, first-year total compensation can exceed $100,000.
Longer term, at Dough’s illustrative baseline account—approximately $37,500 per month in processing volume:
Those figures represent residual income only.
They exclude the upfront compensation you can continue earning from new qualifying activations.
None of these figures is a guarantee, average, forecast, or promise. They illustrate the economic possibility created by repeated upfront compensation plus an expanding residual portfolio.
Most sales positions pay once.
This model combines current production income with an asset-like recurring-income portfolio.
Build the account. Earn the upfront. Add the monthly residual. Repeat.
What You’ll Do
As a Business Performance Advisor, you meet business owners face-to-face in and around your home market and help them understand how payment costs, outdated systems, and disconnected tools may affect their profitability and operations.
You diagnose the business first.
Then you recommend the solution that fits.
Your Home Market—Without Being Confined to It
Your daily field activity is built around the business community near where you live.
You are not expected to cover a multi-state territory or spend your week traveling.
Your home market is a focus—not a geographic cage.
You may originate opportunities outside it when they arise, subject to the Sales Agent Agreement and applicable program terms.
The goal is for you to become the local Dough presence in your community: the person business owners know, trust, and call.
Who Dough Is
Dough is building a national field organization around a simple idea:
Business owners deserve better payment economics, and the Advisor who earns the relationship should participate in the value that relationship creates.
Dough is a new organization built by experienced payment-industry operators—not a team learning the business as it goes.
You receive the upside of a growing national organization without being asked to learn alongside an inexperienced management team.
Training, Coached Launch, and CertificationYour Path
Apply → Introductory Call → Video Interview → Onboarding → Dough Agent Academy → Coached Field Launch → First Qualifying Activation → Certified Advisor + Five Video Books → Portfolio Growth → Advanced Development
Begin Online
After conditional selection, you begin the web-based Dough Agent Academy from your phone or computer.

Work Inside a Complete Field-Sales Operating System

You still have to execute.
You simply do not have to invent the offer, presentation, proposal, follow-up process, training system, and support infrastructure by yourself.
Complete the Coached Field Launch
You then enter your home market with Dough’s guidance.
Your activity is tracked inside the platform so coaching can focus on the exact places where you need help.
Earn Certified Advisor Status and the Video Book Kit
Complete the required online foundation, make at least 25 documented face-to-face prospecting attempts, and activate your first qualifying account to earn:
Dough invests physical field capital in Advisors who have demonstrated that they will learn the process, enter the market, follow through, and close a real account.
Compliance Support Is Engineered Into the Setup Process
Program selection, required signage, merchant disclosures, receipt configuration, equipment setup, and staff training are supported during implementation.
These responsibilities are not simply handed to a new Advisor to remember alone in the field.
The numbers, program structures, guarantees, equipment terms, and compensation claims trace back to written materials.
You should never have to exaggerate, because the checkable facts are the pitch.
Advanced Development
Certified Advisors who continue producing may qualify for future Advanced Sales Partner Academy events.
Advanced training is earned through certification, production, retention, and execution.
It is not granted merely by joining.
Timing, location, qualification standards, invitations, and travel support are governed by the applicable program schedule.
Who Does Well Here
Five or more years of outside-sales, B2B, or business-development experience is preferred, but exceptional producers will also be considered.
Payment-industry experience is helpful but not required.
What we cannot teach is the willingness to walk through the next door.
