Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Handle incoming leads and follow up consistently to set qualified appointments for our agents.
• Outbound call, text, and email leads from our database and marketing channels.
• Manage client inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and urgency.
• Maintain accurate records of conversations and pipeline progress in our CRM.
• Master scripts, objection handling, and follow-up strategies to maximize conversions.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• Sales, customer service, or call center experience (preferred).
• A strong phone presence and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to handle objections, build rapport, and stay persistent without being pushy.
• Highly organized with the discipline to follow up consistently.
• Desire to build a career in real estate. (License not required for this role.)
