Controller (Banking or Financial Services)

As a pivotal figure within our finance and accounting division, this position is tasked with steering the financial documentation, reporting, and accounting frameworks of the bank. A meticulous adherence to universally accepted accounting guidelines is crucial.

Additionally, this role supports the Chief Financial Officer in executing strategic financial initiatives, managing liquidity, Asset-Liability Committee activities, the annual budgeting sequence, and monthly fiscal projections. The role offers location flexibility between Nashville, Knoxville, or Johnson City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
• CPA or MBA preferred
• Proven track record in a similar capacity
• Must be eligible to work onsite daily without requiring immigration sponsorship
