In partnership with the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), is responsible for creation, facilitation, implementation and management of Human Resources policy, plans and projects. Provides leadership for all areas of human resources data management/data governance, Employee Services, and the implementation and ongoing support of the district's ERP related to HR, Compensation, Benefits, and Recruiting.
Directs operational strategies and technology services within the department. Acts as departmental liaison for all data and open records requests, as well as other requests for information from Communications or stakeholders. Provides regular assistance to the CHRO in the execution/management of initiatives, creation of presentations, and communication with HR leaders and staff as well as other stakeholders.
Represents CHRO and department in meetings and activities as necessary.
Education Qualifications
Experience Qualifications
7-9 years Minimum of seven (7) years of applicable professional-level experience; proven experience managing a variety of projects with varying levels of complexity to successful completion. Experience working effectively with executives and leading high-performing teams. Strong data analysis skills. Proven ability to manage conflict and diffuse difficult situations. Required

SPHR or SHRM-SCP Preferred

Starting At: $162,205.39
Salaries are determined by factors relevant to the position which may include education, experience, and other qualifications. Final compensation decisions are made at the discretion of MNPS in alignment with organizational policies and procedures. The stated salary range for certificated teaching positions is calculated based on 201 days and should be viewed as a reference.
All provided salary ranges serve as a general guideline. .
