Chief Operating Officer- High-Growth Acquisition Strategy

Our client is a dynamic, growing multi-location healthcare services enterprise embarking on an accelerated growth trajectory. We are recruiting an accomplished Chief Operating Officer to lead further expansion of its operations.

The company’s growth strategy revolves around key initiatives to build out their operational presence across the Southwest US, establishing KPI’s and dashboards to focus and drive performance around key analytics in this fast-paced and high-growth enterprise.

We are looking for a proven executive operator with multi-unit healthcare services industry experience and significant proficiency working directly with health care providers. You will bring a hands-on approach and be a strong communicator across all levels of the business with a proven ability to implement standards and best practices.

Ideally you will have a background working closely with providers and must have experience as a tactical and strategic decision maker at the highest level. Experience in managing a growth platform either via acquisition transactions or organic projects is highly desirable.

A competitive compensation package is offered and the incentive package will include a significant equity stake in the enterprise.
