About the Role

As our Warehouse Operations Logistics Manager, you'll take full ownership of daily operations across our 40,000 sq ft facility — processing around 200 online orders a day alongside wholesale LTL shipments, plus retail kitting and assembly projects.

You'll be the person who keeps inbound and outbound shipments moving on tight turnaround times, keeps the team organized and accountable, and makes sure inventory numbers are always accurate. This role reports directly to company leadership, so your insights and decisions carry real weight — you won't be buried in layers of management or corporate red tape.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations across a 40,000 sq ft facility, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping
• Oversee fulfillment of approximately 200 online orders per day, plus wholesale LTL shipments
• Manage retail kitting and assembly projects from start to finish
• Process and manage Amazon returns
• Operate and/or oversee forklift operations within the warehouse
• Supervise, schedule, and manage a team of 5-8 warehouse employees
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to consistently meet quick-turnaround deadlines
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and investigate/resolve discrepancies
• Train new hires and coach existing staff on process and performance expectations
• Hold team members accountable to safety, quality, and productivity standards
• Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and compliant with safety practices
• Identify and implement process improvements as the company continues to grow
• Troubleshoot day-to-day operational issues and keep work flowing without unnecessary delays
• Report regularly to leadership on staffing levels, inventory status, and operational bottlenecks

Requirements

• Proven experience in warehouse operations, including supervisory or management responsibility
• Experience managing small teams in a small-company, fast-paced environment
• Forklift experience required; certification a plus (or willingness to obtain one)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Clean criminal background
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities
• A hands-on leadership style — comfortable working alongside the team, not just directing from an office
• Basic computer skills for inventory and shipping systems

Pay: $61,258.00 - $74,400.00 per year
