We are a well-established, privately owned dental practice with nearly 30 years of trusted patient relationships - and we're growing into our new exciting chapter. We are seeking a motivated, forward-thinking Dental Assistant to join our close-knit team and play a key role in both clinical care and practice growth.

We are a fast - paced dental office seeking a hardworking, enthusiastic, team-oriented full-time registered dental assistant with a great personality!

This position is ideal for someone who loves dentisty and enjoys technology, creativity, and being part of something special - not just "clocking in."

Responsibilites

• Chairside assisting with an emphasis on conservative, high-quality dentistry.
• Digital impressions, imaging, and patient education
• Assisting with 3D printing and digital lab processes
• Supporting social media and marketing efforts (photo, short videos, content ideas)
• Maintaining a calm, welcoming patient experience
• Collaborating closely with a supportive, experienced doctor and team
• Comfortable with - or excited to learn-technology and digital dentistry
• Creative, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Positive attiude and team-first mindset
• Interest in a long-term position, not just a temporary job
• Must be a Registered Dental Assistant

Knowledge of Dentrix software a plus!

$60,000-$70,000 based on experience. Monday-Thursday from 7am-4pm.

Monthly Bonuses, 401K, Profit Sharing.
