Experienced FOH Restaurant Manager

4Top Hospitality is looking for experienced, results driven Front of the House Managers to join our family of restaurants! Concepts in the Nashville area include Amerigo, Char, etch, etc. and Jasper's. We are growing and are looking for qualified candidates to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years RECENT salaried Manager experience in fine-dining restaurants, a strong understanding of P&L management and a proven track record of team development. If this sounds like you, please continue reading:

This position entails playing a hands-on role in overseeing daily restaurant operations while ensuring our guests are receiving the level of dining experience we have built our reputation around.

Other job responsibilities include:

• Create a safe and rewarding work environment for all team members
• Provide leadership and clear direction to front and back of house team
• 2+ years of experience managing in a fine-dining, high volume restaurant
• Control operational costs and contribute to restaurant profitability
• Interview, train, and coach team members on a regular basis
• Willingness to roll up your sleeves and help the team whenever needed
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
• Maintain service standards among FOH and BOH teams
• Create weekly schedule for FOH team by anticipating business needs

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
