Training

We invest in our leaders from day one. Managers participate in a 10-week, hands-on training program designed to immerse you in every aspect of our operation. You’ll work side-by-side with talented culinary and service professionals, gaining real experience, building relationships, and developing the confidence to lead.

Job Description

The manager will ensure the seamless integration of both front-of-house and back-of-house operations. This position will deliver exceptional customer service, maintain high standards of food quality, and optimize operational efficiency. The manager will possess a versatile skill set, including food service management, team leadership, and proficiency in POS systems.

The manager will assist the General Manager or Assistant General Manager with planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and delegating responsibilities to hourly employees.
