Dental Front Office Assistant

Job Overview

We are a friendly, patient-focused dental practice looking for a warm, organized, and dependable front office assistant. You will be the first smile our patients see when they walk through our doors. Duties

• Greet patients with a welcoming and positive attitude.
• Answer phones and schedule appointments efficiently.
• Assist patients with check-in
• Verify insurance information
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure smooth daily office flow.
• Communicate professionally with patients and team members.
• Help create an exceptional patient experience from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Dentrix software is a plus but not required
• Strong computer skills with ability to learn dental software quickly
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively via phone and in person
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance standards and clinical confidentiality policies
• Previous dental office experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
• Exceptional organizational skills and multitasking abilities.

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
