What You’ll Do

• Lead daily restaurant operations to ensure excellence in guest satisfaction and team performance
• Hire, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding hospitality
• Oversee inventory, cost control, and scheduling to achieve profitability goals
• Maintain brand standards, cleanliness, and compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Build a positive, team-oriented culture that values growth and accountability

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of management experience in full-service or fast-casual dining (all levels encouraged to apply)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop teams
• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
