The Regional Operations Manager works under the direct supervision of the Director of Imaging to maintain an effective and efficiently run imaging department. This management position is responsible for assisting with the overall day to day operation of the Imaging clinics including clinical teams. Provides leadership, staff development, and management of key functions to provide high quality patient care.
Assist with various reporting duties and day to day clinical operations of all imaging modalities at assigned Tennessee Oncology imaging sites. Displays interpersonal skills required by exercising judgment and discretion when dealing with patients, staff, and physicians. Supports and adheres to Tennessee Oncology Compliance Program, to include the Code of Conduct and Business Standards.
The ROM is responsible for overseeing the overall day to day operation of the clinical operations of regional imaging clinics. The ROM is expected to provide leadership, staff oversight, training and development and management of key functions and processes to assure provision of high-quality patient care. He/she supports and adheres to Tennessee Oncology’s mission, vision, and values.
He/she works with the Director of Imaging to assure compliance for all governing agents to include but not limited to: OSHA, ACR, TN Department of Health, etc.
o Graduate of an accredited or registered school of Radiologic Technology or graduate of an accredited school of Nuclear Medicine Technology
