Sr. Financial Analyst

A growing organization in the Nashville market is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst for a contract engagement. This role will support leadership with financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and operational analysis while helping drive strategic decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
• Analyze financial results, identify trends, variances, and business drivers, and provide recommendations to leadership.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting packages.
• Support month-end close by partnering with accounting and operational teams.
• Build and enhance financial models to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
• Create dashboards and reporting tools to improve visibility into key performance indicators.
• Perform profitability, revenue, expense, and operational analyses.
• Assist with ad hoc reporting, business case development, and special projects.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to improve financial processes and reporting accuracy.
• Present findings and recommendations to management in a clear and concise manner.
