Our client is a premier full service, regional law firm with an immediate need for a 2-3 year attorney to join the firm's decorated Real Estate group in Nashville. This position is focused on transactions associated with the financing, acquisition, development and leasing of commercial real estate both in Tennessee and nationally, and includes both real estate development work and real estate finance work.
All candidates for this opportunity must have several years of major firm or boutique transactional experience in the following areas: acquisition, disposition, financing and development of commercial real estate. Top academics, Tennessee Bar, and excellent communication skills are also required.
