📝 Rquirements

• We require a bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• We require at least 5 years of experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or comparable product-focused role.
• We look for demonstrated success building product roadmaps, managing backlogs, and writing user stories and requirements.
• We expect experience collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to deliver enterprise solutions.
• We require practical experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile delivery tools.
• We need a strong understanding of Agile practices, including Scrum and Kanban.
• We value excellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and consultative problem-solving skills.
• We look for strong analytical capability and a strategic, customer-centric mindset.
• We need the ability to convert complex business needs into actionable product requirements and delivery plans.
• We expect a proven ability to balance competing priorities and make product decisions based on business value and customer impact.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM or similar customer relationship management platforms is preferred.
• Agile certifications such as CSPO, SAFe POPM, or equivalent are preferred.

👩‍💻👨‍💻 Your responsibilities are

• We own and maintain the product roadmap, keeping it aligned with business goals, customer expectations, and organizational priorities.
• We gather, assess, and translate business needs into clear product features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• We develop, prioritize, and continuously refine a product backlog that maximizes business value.
• We partner with business stakeholders and technology teams to shape product strategy, solution design, and delivery success.
• We facilitate communication between business and IT teams and act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert.
• We establish and improve product management processes, tools, and workflows, including Jira and other Agile platforms.
• We lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and feature prioritization to support Agile delivery teams.
• We evaluate user feedback, business challenges, and operational needs to uncover enhancements and new opportunities.
• We track product progress, share roadmap updates, and ensure delivery stays aligned with stakeholder expectations.
• We drive continuous improvement efforts that strengthen product performance, team efficiency, and user experience.
