Lifted NW is hiring an experienced cannabis sales rep to take over and grow a territory covering the Portland metro area.

This territory is already generating $60k–$70k per month with lots of room for growth.

Reps who actively work the territory can realistically earn $60k–$95k annually depending on performance.

If you already work in the Oregon cannabis market and want stronger commission with better products to sell, this is worth a conversation.

This is not an entry-level role. We’re looking for someone who already knows how to manage a territory, build relationships with buyers, and consistently close business.

The Opportunity

• Up to 12% commission + quarterly bonus structure

This is a 1099 independent contractor role built for self-driven reps who want autonomy and strong earning potential.

Our Ideal Candidate is Someone Who

• Understands the Portland cannabis retail market
• Is comfortable prospecting and opening new accounts
• Enjoys visiting shops and building buyer relationships
• Can manage their own schedule and territory
• Wants a role with real upside instead of starting from zero
• has had previous success in B2B sales as a 1099 or independent sales rep

Travel throughout the Portland metro area is required.

Requirements

• Reliable vehicle capable of winter weather travel
• Valid driver’s license and insurance
• OLCC Marijuana Handler’s Permit

Pay: $60,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
