Compliance Officer

First Premier Bank is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Compliance Officer to join our team. This position requires an individual with excellent problem-solving skills and an in-depth knowledge of banking regulations and industry standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the bank is compliant with all relevant laws, regulations and policies.

The ideal candidate should have a degree in finance, economics, accounting or a related field and at least five years of experience in a compliance role in the banking industry.

The candidate should also have an understanding of the Bank Secrecy Act, Bank Holding Company Act, Fair Lending Act, Equal Credit Opportunity Act, and the Truth in Lending Act. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated and organized, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also a must.
