Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics and Warehouse Inventory Manager to manage our warehouse operations and inventory. This role will involve overseeing the organization and flow of goods, ensuring efficient logistics as well as handling various tasks supporting our fabrication shop.

The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics and warehouse management, combined with hands-on fabrication experience.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Warehouse Management:
• Oversee daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping materials.
• Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations.
• Track inventory levels on key expendables and manage stock replenishment.
• Pull equipment, pack and prepare shipments for pickup
• Logistics Coordination:
• Coordinate and manage the logistics of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Utilize inventory management software to track and report on inventory status and movement.
• Fabrication Support:
• Assist with basic fabrication tasks and support the fabrication team as needed.
• Maintain and organize tools, equipment, and materials used in the fabrication process.
• Ensure that fabrication materials are stored properly and are readily available for projects.
• Quality Control:
• Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Implement and monitor procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy in inventory management.
• Address and resolve any issues related to inventory or logistics promptly.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and receipts.
• Assist in developing and implementing inventory control policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or warehouse management is a plus.
• Proven experience in warehouse management and logistics coordination.
• Hands-on experience with fabrication processes and tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Forklift proficiency
• Proven skills working with multi materials such as, but not limited to wood, metal, plastic, and electrical components
• Self-starter able to work with limited supervision
