Job Description

Zen Space Wellness is looking for a friendly and organized Front Desk Associate to manage day-to-day reception duties. Key responsibilities include greeting patients, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, processing payments, and answering calls, emails, and texts.

The role also involves ensuring the clinic is clean and ready for operation, maintaining the patient intake process, and supporting smooth transitions between shifts.

The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, assist with administrative tasks, and engage with the clinic’s social media to help promote services.

Requirements

High school diploma

Customer service experience preferred
