Location: Portland, OR

Pay: $22–$24/hour (DOE)

Schedule: Sunday–Thursday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Career Strategies is seeking a professional and customer-focused Apartment Leasing Consultant for a beautiful apartment community in Portland, OR. If you have a passion for customer service, sales, and helping people find their next home, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective and current residents
• Conduct apartment tours and showcase community amenities
• Answer phones, respond to email inquiries, and schedule appointments
• Process rental applications and lease paperwork
• Follow up with prospects to convert leads into leases
• Maintain accurate resident and prospect records
• Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting leasing goals

Qualifications

• Strong background in customer service and sales
• Excellent phone etiquette and appointment-setting experience
• Proficient with basic computer programs and Microsoft Outlook
• Experience with Knock and OneSite is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Previous apartment leasing experience preferred
