You'll have the autonomy to develop your own strategy, build a strong pipeline, and directly influence the company's growth in one of its key markets.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute a strategic business development plan for the Salt Lake City market.
• Build relationships with private developers, commercial real estate professionals, architects, and business owners.
• Identify, prospect, and cultivate new opportunities through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
• Own the entire sales pipeline—from prospecting to opportunity management and project handoff.
• Represent a respected commercial contractor at industry events and within the local business community.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and operations to position the company for long-term growth.
• Consistently meet and exceed business development goals.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who has a proven track record—not someone looking to learn sales.

Qualifications include

• Minimum 5 years of successful business development or outside sales experience.
• Demonstrated history of consistently exceeding sales quotas.
• Experience building and managing a healthy, active sales pipeline.
• Strong prospecting and new business generation skills.
• Experience selling to private companies, commercial developers, property owners, or commercial real estate organizations.
• Excellent networking, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-starter who enjoys autonomy and accountability.
• Experience within commercial construction, construction services, design-build, real estate development, or a related industry is strongly preferred.
