We are seeking a skilled and versatile Software Solutions Specialist to join our Software Solutions team. This cross-functional technical role is responsible for supporting, implementing, and maintaining the software systems that power our institution, with a primary focus on Salesforce and integrated AWS/ETL data solutions.
The ideal candidate is adaptable, technically curious, and comfortable working across a variety of platforms and technologies. This role requires someone who can wear multiple hats, contribute across systems, troubleshoot technical issues, and continuously learn new technologies and processes as institutional needs evolve.
This is primarily a Salesforce administrative role, with development and scripting support (NOT a senior/full-time developer role). You will be asked to interact with end users at times; however, this is not a primary stakeholder-facing position.
The successful candidate must be comfortable taking directions, collaborating closely with the Team Lead and Lead Developer, and contributing within an established technical team structure.
