HR Business Consultant (Account Executive)

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced, high-energy HR Business Consultant (Account Executive) to join our team and help us bring modern hiring and talent acquisition technology to more customers. Key Responsibilities

• Run the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to demos, negotiation, and closing.
• Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition leaders to understand their hiring challenges and present our platform as a meaningful solution.
• Manage a healthy pipeline of both high-velocity deals and longer strategic opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to share insights and support growth.
• Represent the company with professionalism, curiosity, and a strong value-driven approach.

Required Qualifications

• 3 to 7 or more years of successful SaaS sales experience, ideally in HR tech, recruiting software, ATS platforms, or talent acquisition solutions.
• A strong track record of consistently exceeding quotas and closing mid-market to enterprise deals.
• Experience selling to HR and Talent Acquisition leaders including CHROs, Heads of People, Talent Directors, and Hiring Managers.
• Comfort operating in a full-cycle B2B sales role that includes both outbound and inbound opportunities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Gong, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of HR and recruiting workflows is a strong plus.
• A consultative seller who uncovers customer needs and communicates value clearly.
• A self-starter who takes ownership, builds pipeline proactively, and enjoys a fast-moving environment.
• A relationship-builder with confidence and empathy in conversations with senior leaders.
• Resilient, adaptable, and energized by the pace and ambiguity of a startup.
• A collaborative teammate who works well with cross-functional partners.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling into enterprise HR or Talent Acquisition teams.
• Background in HR tech startups or recruitment automation software.
• Familiarity with ATS or HRIS systems and the broader HR tech ecosystem.

Benefits & Perks

• Salary: $110,000-150,000
