The University of Utah Campus Store is seeking a Order Fulfillment Manager who is responsible for leading the daily operations of the University Campus Store's order fulfillment department.
This position provides operational leadership for the ecommerce fulfillment team, ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time while maintaining high standards of customer service and inventory accuracy.
The manager oversees staffing, performance management, workflow optimization, and continuous process improvement while utilizing Oracle NetSuite and other operational systems to support fulfillment activities.
Working collaboratively with purchasing, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, retail operations, and technology teams, this position ensures fulfillment operations effectively support the Campus Store's ecommerce business and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
