Atwork Personnel in Utah is looking for a new Sales and Operations person that wants to be an owner. If you know staffing, you know it’s not for the faint of heart. It’s fast, unpredictable, and incredibly rewarding when you’re good at it. We’re looking for someone who thrives in that environment — someone who can sell, lead, and run operations like they own the place… because eventually, you will.

Your Day‑to‑Day

• Hit the streets, build relationships, and win new accounts
• Keep operations tight: recruiting, onboarding, dispatching, and client service
• Solve problems before clients even know they exist
• Lead a small but mighty internal team
• Drive profitability and help shape the future of the business

You Are

• Experienced in staffing (light industrial preferred)
• A natural salesperson with strong follow‑through
• A leader who can motivate and hold people accountable
• Someone who wants ownership, not just a paycheck
