What You’ll Do

• Own our sales strategy for the Transportation & Logistics vertical. You’ll craft the playbook that changes the industry.
• Build relationships with freight brokers, carriers, and logistics companies as your life depends on it.
• Close deals that aren’t just wins—they’re defining moments for our company.

Create Real Value

• Understand the pain points of the T&L industry better than they do.
• Show clients how we’re not just a BPO but a partner that makes their lives easier and their businesses thrive .
• Always be 5 steps ahead, providing solutions even before clients know they have a challenge.

Be the Leader Everyone Wants to Follow

• You’ll mentor and inspire our sales team to be absolute killers in the market.
• Collaborate with internal teams to make sure we’re overdelivering every time.
• Represent us at industry events, trade shows, and meetings like the force of nature you are.

What We’re Looking For

• You’ve got 7+ years of sales experience , and at least 3 are in Transportation & Logistics. You know the game.
• You’ve closed big, complex deals with the kind of decision-makers other people are scared to approach.
• CRM tools? Sales analytics? You’ve mastered them. You don’t just track numbers—you make them explode.
• You get the T&L grind—freight challenges, tight deadlines, compliance headaches—and the solutions.
