JOB DESCRIPTION

Saudi nationals only. Eligible for the HRDF Tamheer Program. 0-2 years of experience. Very good command of the English language, both written and spoken. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel. Strong communication and coordination skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to handle recruitment requests and requirements from various business units. Key Responsibilities & Duties Support the Talent Acquisition team in day-to-day recruitment activities. Assist in sourcing and screening candidates based on job requirements. Coordinate and schedule interviews while maintaining communication with candidates and stakeholders.

Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records. Prepare and update recruitment reports and trackers. Provide recruitment support to various business units across the organization. Contribute to enhancing the candidate experience and strengthening the employer brand. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to recruitment and talent acquisition.
