Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Role Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a positive candidate and new hire experience while supporting the organization's workforce planning goals.
Duties and Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and provide timely updates and responses to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Support hiring managers in developing role-appropriate interview questions and evaluation criteria.
- Maintain and regularly update job descriptions and job analyses in coordination with department managers.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with recruitment agencies to ensure effective collaboration and sourcing.
Onboarding
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires, creating a welcoming and positive first impression from day one.
- Introduce new hires to their teams, guide them through their workplaces, and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure workspace readiness.
- Oversee the onboarding process, including the implementation of orientation sessions and completion of all required documentation in compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with relevant government or PRO functions to support new hire documentation requirements where applicable.
- Continuously enhance the onboarding experience to improve new hire integration and meet organizational expectations.
- Address onboarding-related issues and questions promptly to facilitate a smooth transition.
Additional Responsibilities
- Provide HR data, metrics, and reports to the HR Head to support data-driven decision-making and strategy development.
- Represent the HR team during recruitment-related HR audits, ensuring full compliance with policies and procedures.
- Foster positive relationships with internal stakeholders to support effective recruitment and onboarding outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including job descriptions, recruitment trackers, and related HR documentation.
- Support Learning & Development activities as required.
- Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in HR service delivery within the scope of the role.
Skills
Technical Skills
- Solid understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn and Bayt.
- Familiarity with Saudi labor law and government onboarding requirements (e.g., Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI).
- Strong documentation and report-writing skills with attention to detail.
- Competency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Interpersonal & Behavioral Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive HR information.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to improving processes.
- Customer-service orientation toward both candidates and internal stakeholders.
