Executive Administrative Assistant – Legal Department

Woodbury Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to the General Counsel & Senior Vice President. This is a full-time, in-office position requiring exceptional professionalism, discretion, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced legal environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and manage high-level legal and executive correspondence, documents, and reports
• Proactively monitor and triage executive email communications, ensuring timely follow-up and prioritization
• Research, review, and abstract legal and business documents in support of ongoing matters
• Coordinate complex scheduling, manage executive calendars, and arrange domestic and regional travel
• Serve as a professional point of contact for internal departments, outside counsel, and business partners
• Field and appropriately route information requests, always exercising sound judgment and confidentiality

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of executive administrative experience, preferably in a legal, corporate, or professional services environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, multiple projects, and tight deadlines with composure
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail
• Critical thinking skills and sound professional judgment
• Polished, professional demeanor with outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint
• Unwavering commitment to confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information
