What You’ll Do

• Full P&L responsibility, including sales forecasting, inventory, labor cost, and cost management
• Lead, coach, and train a high-performance team of associates
• Build and maintain a culture focused on exceptional guest service
• Set and hold your team accountable for results
• Ensure safety, and compliance protocols are followed 100% of the time

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience as a General Manager in a fast-paced environment
• Proven skills in team development, training, and leadership
• Strong background in financial and P&L management
• A passion for building culture and delivering unforgettable guest service
• Creativity and drive to implement local marketing strategies
• A hands-on, lead-by-example management style
• Desire to work with top performers and continue developing professionally
