What does the Corporate Counsel do at Swire Coca-Cola?
The Corporate Counsel will support the Legal Team by managing complex legal risks, negotiating high-stakes commercial agreements, and ensuring regulatory compliance. This individual will work closely with business verticals to provide proactive, business-oriented counsel, often directing intellectual property, product development, and litigation strategies.
This individual will report directly into the Chief Legal Officer, ensuring smooth workflows and efficient operations of the Legal team.
