Financial Business Analyst

• Prepare detailed financial statements, interpret financial data, and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
• Support regulatory reporting requirements, including compliance with SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) controls and IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards).
• Assist in the development of financial models for pricing strategies, investment evaluations, and cost management initiatives.
• Analyze business performance metrics using business intelligence tools and Excel data analysis techniques to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on corporate accounting processes, ensuring adherence to GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and internal policies.

Skills

• Strong understanding of financial concepts such as profit & loss statements, budgeting, forecasting, and cost accounting.
• Experience with financial software systems and accounting systems for data analysis and report generation.
• Proficiency in Excel data analysis, financial report writing, and interpretation of complex financial statements.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards including SOX compliance and IFRS reporting requirements.
• Demonstrated ability in quantitative analysis, variance reporting, and financial modeling development.
• Excellent organizational skills with a focus on accuracy in account analysis and financial statement preparation.
• Effective communication skills for presenting insights from financial analysis to diverse audiences.
