In this Business Development Manager - Commercial Construction opportunity, you’ll help drive growth on substantial commercial projects while collaborating closely with leadership and operations in a hybrid setup based in Tampa, FL.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Business Development Manager - Commercial Construction position include:

Commercial construction sales experience, ideally selling $1M+ projects.
Develop new commercial business and strengthen existing customer relationships.
Build and maintain relationships with general contractors, developers, owners, and other commercial clients.
Sell commercial projects, including larger opportunities valued at $1M+.
Travel locally to meet customers, visit job sites, and support larger bidding opportunities (mostly Tampa Bay; day trips within about a 4-hour radius).
Participate in site walks and project tours during bidding when needed.
Work closely with internal leadership, project managers, estimators, and accounting support.
Represent the company professionally in customer meetings, phone calls, and business development conversations.

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 plus commission.
