Vice President Human Resources

Overview

Our client is a growing telecommunications company that is ready to hire an exceptional Vice President of Human Resources!

The successful candidate is experienced in growth and scale, process improvement and working with employees at every level. The VP of Human Resources will bring a strong track record of growing head count, reduce redundancy while implementing processes.

Additionally, the VP of Human Resources will be knowledgeable in Florida labor laws while working closely with the CEO. The VP will help guide company growth, making sure the company is compliant. This is a fast-paced environment, requiring prioritizing, leading by example and setting the tone of a positive work environment.

Someone experienced working in a growth/scale environment, working with field technician teams while supporting leadership will do well in this role.

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration or a related field
• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR role.
• Proven experience leading HR through company acquisitions and integrations with a focus on cultural alignment and change management.
• Demonstrated success building and leading high-performing recruiting teams with expertise in sourcing for both white-collar and blue-collar roles. Prefer experience working with field tech employees.
• Experience in process optimization, including implementing HR systems and cleaning up inefficient workflows.
• Knowledge of Florida labor laws and experience managing compliance in a multi-state or complex organizational environment.
• Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, growth-oriented setting.
