The Opportunity

The Human Resources Onboarding Coordinator will work directly with Tential’s internal teams, consultants, and clients to provide administrative oversight and logistical and coordination support to ensure success of strategies, projects, activities, and programs.

What you will be doing

• Partner with the HR and Delivery team to ensure “white glove service” throughout New Hire onboarding cycle.
• Communicate effectively with New Hire throughout entire onboarding life cycle, including (but not limited to) welcome calls, employment, education, credit verifications, and I9 Reviews.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support for consultants and clients which will include (but not limited to): new hire onboarding, coordination of onboarding packet completion, timesheet credentialing and administration, etc.
• Partner with the Delivery team to provide real time new hire updates. Ability to establish and build trust with team and clients by clearly communicating onboarding progression.
• Conduct I9 Reviews and submit E-Verify for all New Hires while ensuring complete and consistent HR compliance for employment authorizations.
• Assist consultants with requests such as retrieval of paystubs, changes to direct deposit or W2’s.
• Accurately and efficiently update HRIS records for all candidates and new hires for real-time reporting.
• Acts as liaison between Tential consultants and internal HR to assist with benefits enrollment and questions.
• Administer all communications to consultant population as needed.

What you will need to be successful

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• 1+ years’ experience working in an administrative and/or customer service capacity.
• Strong relationship management experience and a love for it!
• Initiative-taker who can multi-task and take ownership.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to deadlines to meet business needs.
• Demonstrate good judgement in knowing when to escalate issues and/or ask for help.
• Strong data entry, organization, attention to detail and follow-through.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Possess a strong customer service mentality and a passion for client service.
• Understands and applies consistent HR compliance, including but not limited to I9 and E-Verify.
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications with a strong focus in Outlook and Excel.
• Tech savvy, detail oriented and must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Forward thinking and willing to share ideas and process improvements.
