Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and professional Licensed Real Estate Showing Agent.

Your primary responsibility is simple: meet with qualified clients and show them the properties we assign to you.

Responsibilities

• Meet qualified clients at scheduled property showings.
• Tour commercial properties with clients.
• Answer basic questions about the property using the information we provide.
• Provide professional customer service during each showing.
• Collect client feedback after each tour.
• Communicate updates to our team after every showing.
• Maintain a professional appearance and punctuality.

Requirements

• Active Florida Real Estate License
• Based in or near the Tampa, FL area
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Reliable transportation
• Professional appearance and communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and on schedule

Compensation

This is a commission based position

The Showing Agent will receive 30% of the earned commission

Since all leads, client acquisition, property research, and transaction management are handled by our team, this role focuses exclusively on conducting property showings and delivering excellent customer service.

Pay: $82,901.88 - $99,838.81 per year
