Working closely with Manufacturing, Packaging, Quality, Supply Chain, and Procurement teams, you will help ensure materials are received, controlled, and available when needed to support operations. What you will do

• Maintain accurate inventory records and execute inventory transactions within SAP to ensure material traceability and compliance.
• Perform cycle counts, physical inventories, and inventory audits while investigating and resolving discrepancies.
• Manage material disposition activities, including expired, obsolete, hazardous, and destroyed materials.
• Support material transfers, inventory reconciliations, monthly reporting, invoicing activities, and documentation management.
• Ensure proper labeling, segregation, storage, and handling of materials in accordance with GMP, GDP, and safety requirements.
• Support internal, client, and regulatory audits while maintaining audit-ready documentation and inventory controls.
• Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Finance teams while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

What we are looking for

High school diploma or GED required. Minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical cGMP, inventory management, warehouse operations, or a regulated manufacturing environment. Experience using SAP or a similar inventory management or ERP system preferred. Knowledge of inventory control, material traceability, reconciliation processes, and warehouse operations.

Understanding of cGMP, GDP, data integrity, compliance, and audit requirements. Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work independently. Valid driver's license and ability to operate warehouse equipment and a box truck when required. Every day, Lonza’s products and services have a positive impact on millions of people.
