The Opportunity

We’re seeking experienced, Florida-licensed real estate professionals who want to elevate their business with an international brand, industry-leading marketing, and a collaborative boutique culture.

Important disclosure: This is a 1099 independent-contractor position. Compensation is 100% commission on closed transactions; no base salary is provided. What You’ll Do

• Represent buyers and sellers in residential real-estate transactions, with a focus on luxury and waterfront properties.
• Prospect, cultivate, and manage leads using our CRM, listing-focused systems, and global referral network.
• Prepare and present comparative market analyses, marketing plans, and purchase offers.
• Provide white-glove service, guiding clients through every step from listing to closing.
• Uphold Engel & Völkers’ brand standards and professional ethics.

What You’ll Bring

• Active Florida Real Estate Sales Associate or Broker license.
• Minimum 2 years of full-time production or equivalent sales volume.
• Proven ability to generate and convert leads.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and client-service skills.
• Familiarity with the Tampa Bay luxury market (preferred).
