About the Role

We are a busy, growing dental practice looking for a motivated and outgoing Front Office Receptionist to join our team. This is a full-time opportunity for someone passionate about patient care, who loves working with people, and is ready to be part of a dynamic and supportive team.

• Bilingual Requirement*

Fluency in both English and Spanish is required for this position. Candidates who do not meet this requirement will not be considered. Please do not apply if you are not fully bilingual.

What You'll Do

• Welcome and check in patients with a warm and professional demeanor
• Manage a multi-line phone system and schedule appointments efficiently
• Present treatment and financial plans to patients clearly and confidently
• Verify insurance and process patient check-outs
• Perform follow-up and confirmation calls
• Maintain accurate records and utilize dental practice management software
• Support a smooth and positive experience for every patient from start to finish

• Prior dental or medical front office experience preferred but not required
