Corporate Lawyer

We are a growth-stage technology company. Our business model is global, our investor group is well-regarded, and we are growing at a pace that makes the next twelve months consequential. We are not in a position to share details publicly, but we will do so candidly — under NDA — in any first conversation with a serious candidate.

You will report to the Chief Operating Officer and work on a range of corporate and commercial matters. As the legal function matures, this role will transition to report to the Chief Legal Officer.

The work is substantive and varied. On any given week you may be negotiating a commercial agreement, supporting a financing, advising on a governance question, or working through a strategic partnership. You will be expected to have a view and to defend it, and to work at the pace the business requires.

What the Work Looks Like

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements — MSAs, SOWs, vendor contracts, licensing arrangements, and strategic partnerships
• Support M&A activity, equity financings, and capital markets transactions as they arise
• Advise on corporate governance, equity matters, and fiduciary obligations
• Develop and refine contract templates, playbooks, and approval frameworks as the business scales
• Work with outside counsel and coordinate on matters requiring specialist expertise
• Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice across the full range of corporate and commercial activity

What We are Looking for

• 3-4 years of corporate experience at an AmLaw 200 firm or equivalent
• Strong transactional foundation — you have drafted and negotiated, not just reviewed and

commented

• Sound judgment and the confidence to form and defend a position
• Someone who works at the pace the situation requires, not the pace a process allows
• Comfortable operating across corporate, commercial, and governance matters without a team

behind you

• Florida Bar admission

Base salary is competitive for the Florida market and the stage of the company. Equity is a part of the package. We will share specifics with candidates who advance past an initial conversation.
