Scrum Product Owner

This is a hybrid Product Owner/Scrum Master role where the ideal candidate will spend their time facilitating Agile delivery while also serving as a strategic partner between Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders.

The team is looking for someone with a product mindset who can understand technical concepts, refine requirements, manage Agile processes, and help engineering teams successfully deliver complex software initiatives.

Ideal Background

• Product Owner, Product Manager, Product Analyst, or Technical Product background.
• Experience serving as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience supporting software engineering teams building APIs or enterprise software platforms.
• Comfortable working with Jira, Confluence, GitHub, and modern Agile tooling.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and requirement refinement skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and drive Agile best practices across the team.
• Track sprint health through velocity, capacity, burndown, and delivery reporting.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, refine, and prioritize product requirements.
• Translate business objectives into actionable engineering work.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering leaders on roadmap execution and backlog prioritization.
• Identify opportunities to improve Agile processes, delivery efficiency, and team collaboration.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to streamline documentation, backlog management, and product planning.
