The Academy of Central Florida, a nationally ranked sports academy located in Orlando, Florida, is seeking motivated and well-connected Sports Academy Recruiters to identify, recruit, and enroll talented student-athletes from across the United States and internationally.

This is a remote, commission-based opportunity ideal for individuals with strong relationships in sports, youth athletics, recruiting, coaching, education, or international student placement.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY

The Recruiter’s main objective is to

Identify qualified student-athletes and successfully recruit them to enroll at The Academy of Central Florida.

Recruiters must be proactive, relationship-driven, and capable of developing a consistent pipeline of prospective student-athletes and families.

• KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identify and recruit prospective student-athletes.
• Build relationships with players, parents, coaches, clubs, teams, academies, and sports organizations.
• Promote The Academy of Central Florida’s academic and athletic opportunities.
• Communicate with prospective families and guide them through the initial recruitment process.
• Generate qualified student-athlete leads.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective families.
• Collaborate with Academy leadership and admissions throughout the enrollment process.
• Recruit domestically and/or internationally based on personal networks and market reach.
• Represent The Academy of Central Florida professionally and ethically.

COMPENSATION

This is a commission-based position.

Recruiters are compensated based on successful student-athlete enrollments generated through their recruiting efforts.

There is significant earning potential for high-performing recruiters who can consistently identify qualified prospects, build relationships with families, and convert recruits into enrolled student-athletes.
