Corporate HR Manager

We're seeking a bilingual Corporate HR Manager to oversee Human Resources operations across six manufacturing facilities supporting approximately 1,000 employees.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organization where HR is viewed as a true business partner. You'll lead a team of HR professionals while working alongside operations leadership to support employee relations, compliance, workforce planning, onboarding, benefits, and leadership development.

What You'll Do

• Lead HR operations across multiple locations
• Develop and mentor HR Specialists
• Partner with Operations leaders
• Drive consistency across HR practices
• Support employee relations and compliance
• Participate in benefits administration
• Oversee workers' compensation and regulatory matters
• Travel throughout Florida approximately 25-30%

What We're Looking For

• Multi-site/hands-on HR leadership experience
• Manufacturing, production, distribution, or industrial experience preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Strong employee relations background
• Hands-on leadership style
• Ability to build relationships with hourly employees and executive leadership alike
