Role Description The Owner role at Naagorik is a part-time, remote position responsible for overseeing overall business strategy, operations, and client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include defining product offerings, managing bulk custom orders, and coordinating with suppliers and production partners to ensure quality and timely delivery.

The Owner will handle key decisions related to pricing, budgeting, and resource allocation, as well as monitor sales performance and identify new business opportunities. This role also involves maintaining strong communication with clients, guiding marketing initiatives, and ensuring that all services align with Naagorik’s focus on innovation and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Business management and strategic planning skills to guide company growth and operational efficiency.
• Experience in client relationship management, negotiation, and customer service, preferably in B2B or product-based environments.
• Knowledge of supply chain, vendor coordination, and basic logistics for bulk and custom product delivery.
• Financial acumen, including budgeting, cost analysis, and basic accounting or reporting skills.
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making abilities, with comfort working independently in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with e-commerce, digital tools, or online marketplaces for promoting and managing custom product orders.
• Prior experience in small business ownership, product development, or entrepreneurship is highly beneficial.
