Customer Service Representative (CSR)/ Office Assistant

Florida Repossession Agency is seeking a professional and dependable Customer Service Representative / Office Assistant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can confidently handle both administrative tasks and in-person customer interactions.

What You’ll Do

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Schedule appointments by phone and online
• Provide in-person assistance, including one-on-one interactions with debtors
• Professionally de-escalate tense or sensitive situations
• Perform data entry and basic computer tasks
• Manage clerical duties (filing, printer, copier, scanner)

What We’re Looking For

• Previous clerical or administrative experience
• Experience in call center, collections, repossession, or related field (preferred)
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
• Highly organized and able to multitask
